Terms and Conditions

Ramad Pay Inc. is a licensed money transmitter that provides international money transfer and remittance services to customers in the United States. Ramad Pay is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of customer data as per state and federal regulations.
The following document outlines Ramad Pay’s Terms and Conditions for using our services, including eligibility requirements, payment information, transaction details, prohibited uses, refund policy, privacy policy, and more. Customers are required to agree to these terms before using Ramad Pay’s services.
Eligibility
To be eligible to use Ramad Pay’s services, customers must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Reside in the United States
- Have valid identification documents
- Be able to form binding contracts legally
Ramad Pay services are only offered to individual consumers and cannot be used for business purposes. Each customer is only allowed one active Ramad Pay account.
Payment Methods
To send a transaction, customers authorize Ramad Pay to charge their verified payment method on file, which may include a debit card, credit card, or bank account. Applicable service fees will be charged at the time of the transaction. Customers are responsible for any additional fees their bank or card issuer charges.
Transactions
- Transactions can be sent from the US to available recipient countries and paid out in the local currency. Ramad Pay provides exchange rates at the time of transaction.
- Transactions are subject to limits, delays holds, or cancellations per Ramad Pay risk policies.
- Recipients must provide valid IDs to collect funds.
- Transactions cannot be modified once submitted. The customer’s responsible for ensuring transaction details are accurate before sending.
- Transactions found violating Terms of Service, laws, or regulations may result in account suspension or termination.
Refund Policy
- Transactions can be cancelled at any time before completion. Completion is when the recipient has claimed funds.
- You can cancel for a full refund within 30 minutes of payment, unless the funds have been collected by your designated recipient
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Privacy Policy
Ramad Pay collects personal customer information, including legal name, address, date of birth, government ID, and payment information. This data is used solely to comply with money transmission regulations and provide our services.
Customers agree to collect, use, and retain their data as outlined in our full privacy policy.
Prohibited Uses
Ramad Pay services cannot be used in violation of the Terms of Service, applicable laws, regulations, or for restricted activities, including:
- Illegal gambling or wagering activities
- Supporting terrorist organizations
- Purchasing controlled substances
- Sexually oriented or obscene materials or services
- Misrepresentation of identity or impersonation
- Structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds
- Other fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct
Customers agree to indemnify Ramad Pay against any claims or damages arising from the prohibited use of services. Accounts may be terminated for violations of the Terms of Services.
Limitation of Liability
Ramad Pay’s liability is limited to direct damages related to the transaction amount and fees paid. Ramad Pay cannot be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from using our services or this agreement.
Disputes & Arbitration
In disputes, customers shall first attempt to resolve the issue directly with Ramad Pay. If a resolution cannot be reached, binding arbitration will determine the problem per the procedures outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property
Customers acknowledge Ramad Pay’s ownership of trademarks, copyrights, logos, service names, and other intellectual property. Customers agree not to use, display, modify, reproduce, or distribute Ramad Pay’s intellectual property.

Acceptance of Terms
By using Ramad Pay’s services, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes or updates. Continued use of services after changes deemed acceptance of updated Terms.
